Official Rules
Only one
entry per email address or household per month is
valid.

PURCHASE NECESSARY
Must be
18 years of age or older to enter. Members of
Weddings of the West (hereinafter referred to as
Sponsor), and their immediate families and persons
living in the same household as such, and their
employees, sponsors, subsidiaries or agencies
affiliated with this promotion, are not eligible to
enter or win the prize.
Sponsor
does not sell its email list, however you may
receive additional information from Sponsors’
members regarding their wedding services.
Deadline for Entry:
The deadline
for entry will be midnight, June 30, 2007, and the winner
will be chosen on July 1st. The winner
will be notified by email and his/her name will be posted
on our official website:
www.WeddingsOfTheWest.com
Conditions & Restrictions:
Both
parties must be 18 years or older to qualify. Both
parties must possess valid identification. (any one
of the following: 1. Current valid driver's license
from any state, 2. Current valid passport from any
country, 3. Current state I.D. card from any state,
or 4. United States military I.D.).
All
federal, state and local taxes on prize and any
expenses not specified herein are the sole
responsibility of Winner.
Winner
must make all reservations thirty (30) days prior to
proposed travel date.
The Winner's
chosen Prize Package is subject to availability and holiday/blackout
dates. Use of prize must be completed by July 30th,
2008. Prize Packages are not valid for any Saturday
date. Other restrictions may apply.
If a
vendor is not available for any part of the Package
chosen by the Winner, the Winner may choose another
package, subject to those vendors’ availability.
Alternatively, the Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute other vendor(s) offering services of
equal value. Therefore, no prize substitution or
cash equivalent of prize, except at sole discretion
of Sponsors due to prize unavailability for any
reason, and only then for a prize of comparable
value.
All
services must be used during the travel date period,
not over a series of several visits. Airfare not
included.
In the
event the Internet portion of the contest is not
capable of being conducted as originally planned due
to computer virus, tampering, or other cause,
Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole
discretion, to cancel the contest.
By
entering, entrant waives all rights to bring (and
covenants not to bring) any claim, action or
proceeding against any companies associated with
this contest. Entrants further agree to release and
hold harmless any other companies associated with
this contest, their respective parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries, and the employees, officers, directors
and shareholders of any of the above organizations
from any and all liability arising from
participation in the contest, acceptance or
use/misuse of the prize, or Sponsors' use of any
entry information.
Void
where prohibited by law. All federal, state and
local laws apply.
Winner
will be required to execute an Affidavit of
Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity
Release, which must be returned within (14) days of
receipt of receipt of notification. In the event of
noncompliance with these requirements, prize may be
forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If prize
or prize notification is returned as
non-deliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an
alternate winner selected.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's permission
to Sponsors and their agencies to use his/her name,
voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising
and trade without further compensation. By
participating, entrants agree to be bound by the
Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which
are final and binding in all respects.
